General Hospital spoilers indicate that months after he was found dead, Harrison Wagner’s cause of ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ has been revealed. Harrison was the son of Jack Wagner, known for his role as Frisco Jones on G.H. and Kristina Wagner (Felicia Scorpio). The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner reveal that Harrison’s ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ has been declared accidental.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Wagner passed away in June from “fentanyl and alprazolam intoxication.” ᴀʟᴘʀᴀᴢᴏʟᴀᴍ ɪs ᴛʜᴇ ɢᴇɴᴇʀɪᴄ ғᴏʀ xᴀɴᴀx. Earlier this year, Wagner and his ex-wife Kristina set up a fund in Harrison’s honor called the Harrison Wagner Scholarship Fund. This scholarship was set up to help others who are suffering from ᴀᴅᴅɪᴄᴛɪᴏɴ.
Wagner remembers his son as “a bright, exuberant young man whose smile lit up any room he was in.” Kristina posted on her son’s birthday, “We are heartbroken that he ultimately lost his battle with ᴀᴅᴅɪᴄᴛɪᴏɴ and we hope that Harrison’s memory will live on through this scholarship and will help other young men get help for their ᴀᴅᴅɪᴄᴛɪᴏɴ that would not otherwise be able to afford it. “Sometimes I feel like a pinned butterfly. There’s no second chance. There’s no see-him-again. There’s no nothing. He’s not coming back. It’s final. But life goes on. How do I spend the rest of my own without Harrison in it? What does it mean to be ‘all right’ after the ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ of your child, your blood? The pain will never go away.”
General Hospital Updates – Harrison Wagner Found Dead
Harrison’s body was found on Monday, June 6th at 5:14 a.m. in the 11200 block of Chandler Boulevard in the San Fernando Valley suburb of North Hollywood. Harrison was pronounced dead at the scene. However, the cause of ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ was listed as deferred pending further investigation which included ᴛᴏxɪᴄᴏʟᴏɢʏ reports.
The Coroner explained to Fox News Digital at the time, “Deferred means that after an autopsy, a cause of ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ has not been determined and the medical examiner is requesting more investigation into the ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ , including ᴀᴅᴅɪᴄᴛɪᴏɴ studies. Once the tests/studies come back, the doctor evaluates the case again and makes the cause of ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ ᴅᴇᴛᴇʀᴍɪɴᴀᴛɪᴏɴ.”
Jack Wagner And Kristina Wagner’s History
Jack and Kristina met on the set of G.H. in the 80s. After a romance on set, the couple got married and were together for 13 years before they divorced in 2006. Kristina and Jack also have a son named, Peter Wagner. Jack also has a daughter, Kerry, from another relationship.
The funds from Harrison Wagner Scholarship Fund will go directly to the rent of young men at New Life House. A sober living community “to serve young men in recovery” according to the foundation website.
