GH Spoilers: Rumor Has It Ava’s Tormentor Is A Former Flame — But Not Nik

 

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) is being stalked and terrorized by someone who most certainly has it in for her.

She has tried to open up to Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) about her plight, but Nina is rather occupied by her own self-created melodrama at the moment.

Still, Ava’s nerves are shot knowing that someone is following her every move, has their eyes on her daughter, and even made their way into her penthouse apartment.

But she hasn’t been concerned enough to let Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in on her secret just yet — despite Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) strongly urging her to do so.

Rather, Ava believes Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is the only person who could possibly be behind all of this. While he might fit the profile, so would a few other guys she may have put out of her mind.

General Hospital Spoilers — Austin  Holt Isn’t Dead?

In the land of Port Charles, let’s face it, not everyone who dies stays dead. It’s possible that Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) death was staged just to tease out the real bad guy ordering him around — Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

It would be just like Austin to lay that kind of trap and not tell Ava what he was really up to — just like he never told her who his mysterious boss was or that he knew Nikolas was alive the whole time and actually nursed him back to health himself.

If Austin is still alive, and he’s the one tormenting Ava, then that means he must be rather bitter about the way she treated him the last time they were together — banishing him from her gallery and life in one fell swoop.

GH Spoilers – Suggest Griffin Munro Has Gone Mad

Some fans are wondering if Ava’s hunky former lover, Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) could be tied into all of this somehow.

Everyone wants him back on the show; so this could be one of those times when we’re painting with a broad brush and hoping to get what we want, but it’s not entirely off the mark.

After all, we knew as of Christmas last year that Griffin and Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson) had linked up.

Maybe that has fizzled out. Perhaps Griffin is actually still tormented by Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) death, and blames Ava for putting Kiki at risk by foolishly getting involved with a psychopath like Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).

Speak of the devil. While Nikolas seems like the most likely person to be targeting Ava, the truth is, she had a much more formidable enemy not so long ago.

If Ryan isn’t really dead — which is an outcome nearly every GH fan is expecting to happen sooner or later — then it stands to reason he’s going to want revenge on Ava.

Watching from the sidelines as she attacked Nikolas just after his own alleged death must’ve given him quite the high. Ryan was always longing for Ava to realize it was him she wanted to be with.

Has he returned to make sure she finds her way back to him, or is he out for blood since she went against him and his child, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)?
