General Hospital Update: Tuesday, December 26 – Nina Spills to Cyrus, Esme Evades Cops and Sonny’s Protective Side

 

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, December 26, reveals that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will find out there’s been a break-in at Wyndemere, so she’ll probably assume it’s Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and worry he plans to take her out permanently.

Of course, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will remind Ava that she’s under his protection.

Since Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) would be devastated if something terrible happened to Ava, Sonny’s always going to watch out for her.

Even so, Ava will feel the need to watch out for herself as well, especially since she’s been getting creepy all those creepy notes and photos.

Ava will apparently take the gun that was left at her apartment and arm herself with it when she enters Wyndemere.

By then, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will get updates on Ava’s security system alerting her to troubling news.

Once Dante sees that Ava’s armed and ready, he’ll wonder about the intruder that she’s planning to take down.

Dante will have a weapon of his own as he goes on the hunt for the person responsible for the break-in. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) won’t be far behind since she’ll search for answers along with Dante, Sonny and Ava.

Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) snuck in the castle to shake the rest of her memories loose and seems to have been successful at having total recall.

On Tuesday’s episode, Esme will cry as she gazes at her phone. It’s possible Esme will record something – or maybe she’ll look at a picture of herself with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) instead.

It seems Esme will be upset over Spencer only caring about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), so she’ll fret over potentially going to prison if they think she’s back to her old criminal self.

Next, Trina and Spencer will discuss Esme’s generosity since she gave up her Christmas Eve with Ace. Despite Spencer’s initial suspicions, he’ll consider that maybe Esme was genuinely doing something nice.

Trina may admit she’s always going to keep her guard up when it comes to Esme, but she’ll also want to put all that Esme talk aside and focus on her holiday with Spencer.

As for Esme and all the drama she’s stirring up at Wyndemere, she’ll bolt before she gets busted.

At GH, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will continue her own Christmas Eve celebration, so that could bring a conversation about Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) while she’s with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

Carly might sense that Michael’s hiding something or end up surprised by just how close Willow’s grown to her bio mom.

At the church, Nina will move forward with her confession, but she won’t realize she’s unburdening herself to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Cyrus will push Nina to let it all out and will offer some intriguing guidance.

Although Cyrus already eavesdropped on Nina and Michael at Rice Plaza, he’ll be able to hear the SEC story straight from the guilt-ridden snitch in that confessional.

Later, Cyrus will act like he came to check on a friend and will score some praise from unsuspecting Father Molina (Carlos Arellano) as a result.
