General Hospital Recap: Wednesday, February 28 – Josslyn Finds Dex for Rockland Reunion – Chase Flips Over Prenup
General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Wednesday, February 28, reveals that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) showed up at Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) apartment, where Finn messed with him a bit before agreeing to be his best man.
Finn thought Chase seemed nervous and that he might have cold feet, but Chase denied it. Once Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) appeared, Chase insisted he was in a great place with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and wasn’t waiting for the other shoe to drop.
However, Chase got some updates on his phone that concerned him soon after.
The Quartermaine lawyers sent Chase a prenup to sign, so Chase was upset over Brook Lynn already planning a way out of their marriage.
Since Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) previously brought up the prenup idea, there were questions about who was actually behind this. Gregory and Finn pushed Chase to go talk to Brook Lynn since that would clear things up.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn prepared to try on wedding dresses with Tracy, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) present.
There was some talk about how Lois was going to wear Gloria Cerullo’s (Ellen Travolta) dress for her own wedding until it was eaten by squirrels, which led to Lila Quartermaine (Anna Lee) loaning her dress instead.
Brook Lynn seemed interested in wearing the gown her mom wore, but it wasn’t Lois’ dress to offer.
Tracy seemed to be hiding regrets about her own decision to pass on wearing that dress, so she put Brook Lynn’s attention on the new gowns.
Once Brook Lynn tried one of them, she liked it well enough and thought it could go on the “maybe” list.
Maxie and Lois started going on and on about how the dress needed to be perfect, so Brook Lynn snapped about how not everyone could have perfection handed to them.
Once Brook stomped off, she gazed longingly at a pic of Lois wearing the wedding dress that she seemingly wanted.
Back with Tracy, she told Lois and Maxie that Brook Lynn didn’t have time to wait for perfection and that she needed to be content with good enough.
Brook Lynn eventually returned and suggested that although she didn’t want to elope, she was overwhelmed by all the details of the nuptials.
Tracy got a message on her phone and admitted there’d been an error that Brook Lynn may have to pay for.
Although Tracy arranged for the prenup, it was sent to Chase by mistake since she was supposed to talk to Brook Lynn about it first.
Brook Lynn insisted she didn’t want a prenup at all and lashed out before realizing she needed to find Chase so she could explain.
Maxie said Brook Lynn wouldn’t have to look very far, so Brook Lynn realized Chase had just entered the room.
In Rockland, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) spoke to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) over the phone and insisted she was going to bring Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) home. Michael warned that wasn’t a good idea, but Josslyn hung up on him.
After Josslyn showed some guy a picture of Dex, he didn’t recognize him.
Josslyn asked where someone new to town might look for work, but the man said there weren’t enough jobs to go around and that anyone new had probably moved on.
Dex lurked nearby before finally revealing himself to Josslyn once they were alone.
Josslyn ran into Dex’s arms and kissed him before he took her back to his new place, where he insisted she was supposed to stay away and let him go.
Josslyn ranted about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) before Dex admitted how much he missed her, so they made love.
Afterward, Josslyn said it’d be complicated going back to Port Charles, but she insisted Sonny would just have to understand.
Dex argued that he’d be leaving Rockland ASAP and warned that it was the last time they could be together, so he felt this was goodbye for good!
Next on Wednesday’s GH episode, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) crossed paths with John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) at Karen Wexler’s (Marie Wilson) grave, so they caught up and bonded over their hatred of Sonny due to his treatment of Karen.
Scott acted like Agent Cates could just look the other way and let Sonny “go bye-bye” instead of protecting him, but John said he wasn’t that kind of agent or man.
Even so, John didn’t think Scott should give up on Sonny paying for his crimes.
In the park, Sonny spoke to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) while Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) played nearby.
Carly gave Sonny the news about her run-in with Agent Cates and feared for Sonny’s safety, but he insisted he could take care of himself.
Sonny made it clear that he was still upset over Carly’s betrayal.
Due to everything that went down with Dex, Sonny couldn’t trust anyone and refused to give Carly any more info he had regarding John.
At the boxing gym, Michael expressed concern to Dante since he felt Sonny didn’t have any one left to rely on.
Dante said Sonny had him, but Michael argued that Sonny would never fully let Dante in since he was also a cop.
Michael felt that Sonny was vulnerable and grew even more worried once he realized Olivia Jerome’s (Tonja Walker) demise was connected to the larger threat against Sonny.
Michael doubted that the PCPD would have much urgency to protect a known gangster – and he assumed Sonny knew that, too.
After Michael suggested it could lead to anger and isolation, he added that it could cause Sonny to lash out.
It left Michael fearful about what would happen if Sonny crossed paths with the wrong person. Suddenly, Sonny appeared nearby and glared at Michael.
General Hospital spoilers say Sonny and Michael have more tension coming up, so don’t miss all the action.
