General Hospital Spoilers: Dex & Josslyn Elope – Honeymoon Homecoming Shocks Sonny & Carly?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may come up with a stunning solution to her Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) problem. Right now, Sonny is standing in the way of Josslyn and Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) chance at happily ever after, but Josslyn is refusing to accept that.

Since Josslyn knows the cell phone numbers of Sonny’s guards, she’s hoping Damian Spinelli (Damian Spinelli) can help her trace them and pinpoint Dex’s location.

Spinelli doesn’t have all the facts of this mission, but he seems poised to help Josslyn anyway.

Josslyn’s stubbornness will certainly work in her favor, so she’s sure to find Dex and reunite with him sooner or later. That could lead to Dex insisting Josslyn needs to go back home and forget about him.

Then again, Dex might decide he’s done sacrificing his happiness. This brief yet painful separation could make Dex realize he has to embrace the opportunity that Josslyn is trying to give them.

Either way, GH spoilers say Josslyn won’t take no for an answer, so it’s just a matter of what her future with Dex is going to look like.

Although Josslyn is willing to abandon her life in Port Charles and live a new one with Dex elsewhere, there might be an alternative.

Perhaps Josslyn and Dex will decide they need to tackle this situation as a team.

Maybe it would help if Dex and Josslyn prove to Sonny and everyone else that their commitment to each other is real.

A simple strategy to pull that off would be for Josslyn and Dex to elope! What if Dex and Josslyn come back to PC married and turn this into a honeymoon homecoming?

It’s easy to imagine Josslyn throwing both Sonny and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) a curveball with Dex by her side.

Josslyn might admit she’s Mrs. Heller now and argue that she goes wherever her husband goes.

Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) and Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) still consider Josslyn their big sister, so Joss may wonder if Sonny really wants to break their hearts by forcing her to leave town with Dex.

Despite Sonny’s anger over Carly’s recent betrayal, he still cares about her, too. If Carly begs Sonny to let Dex stay so that Josslyn will stick around as well, could Sonny relent?

Regardless, Josslyn and Dex’s potential marriage couldn’t hurt! In fact, it might raise the stakes of this relationship enough for Sonny to show mercy in the end.
