General Hospital spoilers for Friday, February 16, 2024, reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) tells Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) that he needs to disappear.

Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) informs Laura Collins (Genie Francis) that his flock is about to get bigger. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) strategizes with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Plus, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) reassures Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos’ Solution

GH spoilers for Friday, February 16 reveal that Sonny and Dex will have another confrontation. Just as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) left to find Sonny, the mob boss showed up to deal with Dex. In a preview clip, Sonny tells Dex that he is going to have to disappear.

I have a hard time believing that Sonny will kill Dex, though. Sonny might tell Dex to disappear and make it look like a murder.

That will probably be enough to send a message to all in Port Charles about betrayal while also not letting the people he cares about hate him too much.

GH Spoilers – Anna Devane Strategizes

On Friday, February 16, it is teased that Anna will try to strategize with Dante and Jordan. As fans saw in the Thursday, February 15, 2024 episode, Olivia Jerome (last played by Tonja Walker) was killed in prison.

In the “Next on General Hospital” preview clip, Anna tells Jordan and Dante that whoever tried to kill Sonny is also responsible for Olivia’s murder.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome’s Words of Wisdom

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, February 16 reveal that Josslyn will still be determined to talk to Sonny. However, Ava Jerome (Maura West) tries to give Josslyn some words of wisdom. What Josslyn doesn’t know is that Ava pretty much advised Sonny to eliminate Dex since he knows too much.

On Friday, February 16, Cyrus and Laura have another interaction. As Laura raises her eyebrows in surprise, Cyrus says that his flock is about to get much larger.

It is teased that Cyrus will tell Laura how he plans to protect Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).

Plus, Alexis tries to reassure Sam. This might be about Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) drinking. Danny got busted and is underage, so Sam is understandably concerned.

Sam did vent about it with Dante in the episode that aired on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. So, Alexis might try to reassure Sam about Danny’s future.
