General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, September 1, reveal that Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will meet with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to deliver some big news. Kristina will want Sonny to be the very first person to know something, so she’ll undoubtedly offer some updates on how her youth center project is coming along.
Meanwhile, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will share her deepest fears with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), who just suggested she should move in with him.
Although Brook Lynn would love to get away from Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and spend more time with Chase, she’ll still have concerns. Brook Lynn won’t want to rock the boat now that their relationship is going so well, but Chase will insist they’re rock solid and push her to take the leap.
Over with Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), she’ll look glum as she talks to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Valentin will hint about things changing as they speak and will try to offer some optimism when Charlotte needs it most.
Will this have something to do with comatose Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) since Charlotte’s really been missing her mom lately?
It’s possible Valentin is secretly working on a way to wake Lulu up, especially if there’s some kind of miracle cure reward for all his shady Pikeman behavior.
Next, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will move her kids into Lulu’s old house, so they’ll adjust to the new place with the help of their mom and Grandma Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner).
At Pentonville, it looks like Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will talk to a staff member and insist everything’s as it’s meant to be. Cyrus has secretly been moving all sorts of chess pieces and will be quite happy with the way the game’s going.
At Kelly’s, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will complain to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) about Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) bailing on their concert plans to work for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Although Joss left an apologetic voicemail after their fight, she’ll still be frustrated with Dex for always putting Sonny first and rushing into danger.
Carly will get that Josslyn went into this romance thinking she could change Dex, but she’ll warn Joss that it’s not going to happen. That means Josslyn has to decide whether she accepts Dex and their relationship the way it is.
Later, Carly will react to a shocking phone call and will tell someone to get out of there now. This may relate to Dex’s story since he’s about to flee the scene after a terrifying situation breaks out.
Dex may try to spy on whatever’s going down with Mason Gatlin-Holt (Nathanyael Grey) and get busted or at least have a close call.
Other GH spoilers say Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will do her best to open the memory floodgates for “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), but it looks like her plan’s going to be a flop.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also enjoy a visit with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) on Friday’s episode, so that could give her an opportunity to grow closer to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), too.
We should also mention that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) made a surprising return in Thursday’s episode, but there’s no sign of him in Friday’s preview video or spoilers.
There’s a chance Nikolas could pop up again unexpectedly, but it’s also possible the show will make fans wait a bit on his next appearance.
General Hospital spoilers say some exciting curveballs are still to come in Port Charles, so stay tuned.
