General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) may realize what’s at stake once he gets out of surgery and finds himself on the mend. This could lead to Mason rethinking a few things and mulling over his next move.

Mason could now have a target on his back thanks to all the people who hate him and want revenge.

That includes Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) since Mason kidnapped the mother of Sonny’s child and deserves to pay for Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) ordeal.

Of course, many GH fans were disappointed when the writers made it so Ava needed a knight in shining armor.

Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) came rushing to Ava’s rescue when the old Ava would’ve taken care of business herself!

It’d be nice to see a glimmer of Ava’s former self come out to play – and that could easily happen if she decides she wants to take Mason out once and for all!

However, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) also poses a threat and could try to finish Mason off.

The same goes for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and whatever other henchman he might recruit to take Mason out for not following orders.

Mason has threats coming at him from every angle, so he may not be safe from now on.

Even if Mason lands in Pentonville, Cyrus and Sonny have connections behind bars that could end Mason’s life for good.

This could be Mason’s last chance to avoid a lengthy prison sentence and avoid the wrath of his enemies.

Will Mason plot his escape and try to make a break for it to save his own life?

Mason might beg for mercy and seek help with his getaway, but it’d be a mistake to trust Austin or Cyrus to pitch in.

There’s honestly no one Mason can trust at this point, so his survival leaves him vulnerable and brings the potential for a grisly outcome.

Whatever the case, General Hospital spoilers say Mason could become a target again whether he escapes or not, so stay tuned for updates on any bad news that’s brewing.

General Hospital Comings & Goings: Damian Spinelli Returns

GH casting updates show Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) in Port Charles this week. Soon, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and her man, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), turn to Spinelli for help after Joss is blindsided.

Later she panics, then Dex is in the hot seat when Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) interrogates him. So, it looks like Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) hatches a new plan to take down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) because he blackmails Austin.

And he might kidnap Dex to get info on Sonny. Also, Judge Albert Kim (Kurt Yue) pops back up soon. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) are working to prove he purposely gave Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) a harsh prison sentence.

Also, General Hospital casting updates see Warden Ellen Garten (Diahnna Nicole Baxter) is on her way to Texas. So, this could be the last we see of her. But we should soon find out what her real plans are for Drew. Indeed, it can’t be good.

GH Casting News: Goodbye Gladys Corbin

Other General Hospital casting updates confirm Gladys Corbin‘s (Bonnie Burroughs) gold-digging days are over. Her kingpin cousin, Sonny, shipped her back to Bridgeport. And if she tries to come back, he’ll take her out.

Sonny’s grimy cousin had a four-year run on GH. But what she did to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was unforgivable. So, her time is up. Also, her evil partner-in-crime, Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) is out.

The awful shrink is on his way to prison after nearly killing Sasha. More General Hospital comings and goings tell us nurse Janice’s (Lauren Swickard) run is over now that Sasha is out of Ferncliff.

Additionally, there’s another new Molly Lansing (Kristen Vaganos). Plus, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is on-screen again. So, his ex-wife, Ava Jerome (Maura West) may finally discover he’s alive. Also, Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) is home.

GH casting news confirms Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) is officially back in PC. Indeed, her presence will shake things up. Hopefully, she sticks around because it’s great fun to see her interact with her daughter, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

And, of course, her childhood bestie, Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero). Plus, Lois being around should push along Ned Quartermaine‘s (Wally Kurth) story. Also, Blaze (Jacqueline Grace) made her return to General Hospital recently.
