General Hospital Weekly Spoilers Mar 18 – 22: Ava & Sonny Play with Fire & Jason’s Tangled Web
Jason Morgan Return Rocks Port Charles on General Hospital
This week, on GH, the news that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is alive and back in town is hitting Port Charles like a tidal wave. First, it was revealed that he does have a connection to whoever is trying to kill his best friend, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Then, Sonny’s son, Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) saw Jason with his own two eyes right before the sniper shot him. After that, Stone Cold turned to Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) for help on General Hospital.
Now, the cops think he shot Dante and it’s all over the news so everyone is finding out he’s alive. No doubt, it’s causing a ton of drama. His son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), found him in the Q boathouse. Also, his twin brother Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is clearly already threatened by his return.
And soon, he dumps Carly before she can leave him for Jason as he thinks she will. Undoubtedly, the hitman is the most important person in Carly’s life besides her children. So, Drew will always feel like he comes second to his twin. And this week, on General Hospital, “Crew” crumbles.
Meanwhile, Jason’s ex-wife, and mother of his son, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), knows there is a possibility he is the reason Dante is fighting for his life. Of course, Jason is innocent but not everyone will believe him. Only one person can clear his name — and that’s Dante.
Will Dante Exonerate Stone Cold on GH?
Indeed, Dante knows Jason didn’t put the two bullets in his chest on General Hospital. The PCPD cop caught Jason on the pier and he put his hands up and turned around to face Dante. Of course, the cop was stunned to see Jason because he was supposed to be deceased.
That’s when the unknown sniper came out from around the corner and fired at Dante. So, when he comes out of this coma, he can clear things up but he might not wake up — at least not for a while. And if he does, it’s possible he won’t remember what happened.
He may remember eventually but until then, Jason could wind up behind bars. At least soon, Stone Cold explains to someone where he has been since the tunnel collapse in Greece and why he hasn’t contacted anyone over the past two and a half years. And we’ll finally get some answers.
General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Explains His Journey
Coming up, on GH, Jason reveals the truth behind his disappearance, and why everyone in his life believed he was dead. The last anyone knew Jason died on Cassadine Island in Greece when a tunnel collapsed on him. Fans will recall that evil Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was holding Jason and Drew captive.
Both Peter and Jason were thought to be dead but there’s a chance Peter’s alive. And Jason might have spent all this time stopping him from getting to the people he cares about in Port Chuck. Recently, on General Hospital, we learned that whoever is calling the shots goes by the name Stone.
This name means Peter in Hebrew and also comes from the Greek word Petros. No doubt, these are two huge clues suggesting Peter is also alive. Perhaps, Peter was keeping Jason as his prisoner for most of this time. And this mission targeting mobsters might have been his only way back to PC.
Whether Peter’s behind it or not, we will find out soon. It’s one shock after another on GH. Keep watching to discover what Jason Morgan’s been up to since he supposedly died and what comes next for him on the ABC soap opera.
