General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of October 30th indicate that Port Charles will become a very spooky place in the days ahead. Still, it sounds like trouble is brewing for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), as her teenage stalker, Charlotte Cassadine is planning another scheme against her.
The character’s portrayer, Scarlett Fernandez, recently chatted with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) about all things Charlotte, including her next attack on the superspy, that won’t go well.
General Hospital Spoilers – Charlotte Cassadine Will Strike Up A Deal With Her Dad
GH spoilers hint that Charlotte will want to go out with her friends for Halloween, sans adult supervision. Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will be apprehensive about the whole idea; however, he’ll present her with a deal.
Scarlett tells SOD, like any teen, Charlotte wants independence. Still, due to her recent actions, Charlotte’s not exactly acting like a typical teenager.
Valentin proposes that he’ll be okay with her trick-or-treating with her friends if Charlotte agrees to go to therapy with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom).
Scarlett notes that the idea of therapy is “uncomfortable” for Charlotte, especially when she feels as if she hasn’t done anything wrong. Before the two are about to head out to see Kevin, Anna swings in for a visit and announcement.
GH Spoilers – Charlotte Has Resented Anna For A While Now
GH spoilers state that Anna will announce she’s found a home of her own and will proudly show them the new keys to her place. As this happens, Charlotte will begin to form another plan to get back at the superspy.
Scarlett tells SOD that the young Ms. Cassadine has had resentment towards Anna for a while, long before her devious grandfather Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) reached out.
Ms. Fernandez goes on to say that Charlotte truly believes she’s protecting her Papa through her actions. Plus, a ton of emotion has been building up for a while now when it comes to striking back at Anna.
Still, Scarlett goes on to say that whatever Charlotte has up her sleeve will not unfold as she had planned.

GH Spoilers: Brook Lynn’s Courtroom Confession, She Was A Corporate Spy For Tracy?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that even though Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) fired Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) she could still make it up to the company. Brook Lynn could testify in court that she was a corporate spy for Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and was blackmailed to do so, putting the kibosh on Tracy’s claims.
General Hospital Spoilers – Lucy Coe And The Deception Team Need All The Courtroom Help They Can Get!
Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and the Deception Cosmetics team need all the courtroom help they can get, since Tracy isn’t even providing proof “The Deceptor” was her original idea.
Lucy thought she’d cut a deal with her until she demanded she give up her 1% share of ELQ-she wouldn’t even consider another deal with her.
So the lawsuit is now going to court for sure, and Lucy and their attorney aren’t sure how they’re going to fight it.
Brook Lynn desperately wanted to make up for her corporate espionage and hurting Maxie and the Deception Cosmetics team-Maxie didn’t think much of her reasoning.
Brook Lynn was being blackmailed over a secret kept from Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), that Tracy bribed the CCRB so Chase could be hired back on the PCPD force.
GH Spoilers – Maxie Jones Mad, She’ll Try Talking To Lucy Coe
Since Maxie is mad at her, Brook Lynn will try talking to Lucy and make her offer to testify-she realizes she may face charges if she confesses to corporate espionage.
If she does, and provides the proof she stole the confidential product information and gave it to Tracy, it could save the company.
Brook Lynn puzzles over this and wonders if she could get immunity from prosecution if she confesses-she’s going to have to talk to a lawyer.
Maybe Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) would be able to advise her-but he says he wouldn’t be able to represent her.
Tracy had hired him as acting CEO! Brook Lynn will have to talk to Lucy first and see how far she can get with her pitch, and then ask Deception’s attorney about immunity.
General Hospital Spoilers – Lucy Coe Accepts Her Offer
Lucy happens to be with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) discussing the case when Brook Lynn makes her offer-Scott thinks that she possibly could get immunity-but it’s up to the DA.
They aren’t sure yet whether Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) or assistant DA Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) might be prosecuting.
Jackson Montgomery (Walt Willey) will be the opposing attorney, but he’s not the DA for their jurisdiction so it’s still up to the DA in Port Charles.
Whether it turns out to be Robert or Molly, they’ll be sympathetic-Robert doesn’t like Tracy and Tracy framed Molly’s mother.
Brook Lynn just hopes her courtroom confession saves the day for Deception, if not for her.
