General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is back stalking the halls of GH, an institution he once ran. That was during the character’s first incarnation when fans learned that he was a multi-talented mobster with mommy issues.
Long story short, Cyrus just scored an early release from prison and he is back to taunt his enemies and wrest control of PC from arch enemy Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). His first order of business was confronting Sonny’s ex, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault’ Revenge
Cyrus let beaten-up, bed-bound prisoner Drew know that he saved Drew’s life, intimating that he no longer owed him for saving his life after he had a heart attack.
In other words, Drew is now fair game. Cyrus is sticking to his story of now being a blessed servant of God, but no one is buying it. The only question is who he will target first in his twisted plan to run Port Charles his way. Blessed be.
GH spoilers – Cyrus Renault Con Game
It could be that he goes after Sonny’s son, cop Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). This week Dante shot Cyrus’ goon Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey), in order to save Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) life. Afterward he was put on administrative leave by Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).
Dante should be cleared of any wrongdoing since he was defending an innocent citizen, but in soap land plots get twisted in outrageous ways.
Cyrus has prison connections and the rumor mill is on fire with speculation that Cyrus pulls strings to have Dante imprisoned at Pentonville.

Cyrus doesn’t play by the rules and there are all kinds of ways he could plant evidence or falsify records in order to have the book thrown at Dante.
It would please Cyrus to hurt Sonny via his son, and Dante may have just set himself up to be Cyrus’s first target following his release.

As a cop, Dante would be in danger in Pentonville since inmates don’t like the authorities. Could Sonny keep him safe?
He failed to keep Drew safe, so it looks like Dante’s life could be on the line if he ends up paying the price for saving Ava but going against Cyrus!
