General Hospital’s spoilers for November 28, 2023, feature a ton of turmoil for a Tuesday. Emotions are dialed up in intensity, with conflict and concern being a big part of the action.
General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) demeanor ever since his release from prison is off. This is to be expected because the months he served behind bars weren’t the easiest to handle. His attack isn’t something you get over in a day, a week, or even a year. Apparently, the experience has taken such a toll that his perspective on life has changed. Hence, his hyper-focused attitude towards wrestling away ELQ from Ned (Wally Kurth). It’s odd.
According to teasers, post-prison, Drew wants to go above and beyond to protect his people and his loved ones. This includes his daughter, friends, significant others, and family members who aren’t Ned. If there’s anyone who knows Drew, it’s Sam (Kelly Monaco). After all, he’s Scout’s dad, and they were very much in love once. Look for Sam’s stellar instincts to once again kick in and sense something’s up with her ex’s behavior. Knowing her, she’ll call him out on his overprotective act and offer her support.
The Disturbing Files
At the same time, Sam’s dealing with the hot mess that is Drew, Dante’s (Dominic Zamprogna) in detective mode. In fact, he’s about to learn a disturbing piece of news. Is this when he and the world finally find out Austin’s (ex-Roger Howarth) fate? Because this needs to happen. Or will an entirely different disturbing event get discovered?

Speaking of disturbances, Finn’s (Michael Easton) life is going off the rails thanks to this lawsuit that threatens his career. Lately, he’s been busy getting all his ducks in a row. He also keeps finding out he can’t count on GH’s legal team to back him up. No worries, though, he isn’t alone. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is right there to reassure the once esteemed doctor.
Turmoil Tuesday Continues
Meanwhile, Molly (Kristen Vaganos) is coping with her own issues. Molly and TJ (Tajh Bellow) are reeling in the wake of their surrogate’s miscarriage. It’s no surprise to learn the two end up arguing. Does their disagreement have to do with what’s next in their journey to becoming parents? Will Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) name come up at all?
Finally, it’s common knowledge if anybody needs anything done in Port Charles, they turn to Laura (Genie Francis). It’s Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) turn to schedule a face-to-face with the town mayor. The question is, will this rendezvous be of a personal nature or a professional? Knowing how things are going for The Invader editor-in-chief, it’ll be purely professional.
