General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer Suspects Esme Remembers Crimes – Puts Trina’s Drugging Culprit to the Test?

 

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) may try to shake off that memory she recently had of “the old Esme.” Since Esme has a happy life with Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) and a fresh start, she’s eager to bury that side of herself.

Of course, there have been times when Esme’s been frustrated over her memory issues since she can’t remember the crimes some people still hold against her.

However, Esme looked rattled by that memory of decorating her pitiful little Christmas tree behind locked doors at Wyndemere.

That wasn’t the face of someone who was happy to be remembering anything, so Esme may hope that’s the last memory trigger she faces.

Esme will go about her life as Christmas gets closer, so GH spoilers say that’ll bring a sweet gesture for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).

It sounds like Esme will allow Spencer to do something special with Ace for the holidays and give her ex a reason to be grateful.

Under the circumstances, Esme could also give Spencer a reason to be suspicious!

Will Esme’s strange behavior lead Spencer to suspect she’s remembered something about her past?

So far, Esme has seemingly just remembered that one memory, but Spencer has no way of knowing that.

Spencer could easily start to wonder if Esme has experienced total recall, so he may also suspect she’s keeping that news to herself.

As a way of putting Esme to the test, Spencer might do something and see if Esme has a reaction.

For example, Spencer might offer up a hot toddy and hand over the mug to Esme during their holiday time with Ace.

Could that trigger another memory for Esme of that terrible night at the cabin, where she drugged Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) hot toddy mug?

Esme might have another shocking reaction and drop her mug instead of an ornament this time around.

It could lead to Spencer realizing Esme could be a lot more dangerous if she remembers her history, but he might also view this as a chance to put Esme away for good.

Esme’s old charges could still be brought back – and if Spencer can get proof that she remembers committing her crimes, it could be much easier to convict her.
