General Hospital Update: Week of December 25 – Lois’ Stunning News – Carly’s Last-Minute Surprise – Cyrus Rattles Nina
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of December 25-29 reveals that some surprises are on the way in Port Charles. There’ll be a preemption for sports coverage on Monday, December 25, but the rest of the week will feature all-new episodes.
At the church, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will continue posing as a priest and invite Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) to let go of everything that’s burdening her.
It looks like Nina will divulge all the details of her SEC snitching without realizing she’s pouring her heart out to Cyrus.
Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will panic over a security alert at Wyndemere. Despite her fears about Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) going after her for revenge, she’ll arm herself and investigate.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will grow suspicious over how prepared Ava is and may suspect she’s already got some clues about the intruder at the castle.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will also be eager to get some answers, so there’ll be a moment when Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) nearly gets caught on the premises.
However, Esme will avoid detection and flee Wyndemere, which will give her a chance to pay a visit to Pentonville later in the week. Look for Esme to seek out Heather Webber (Alley Mills) for a crucial conversation.
Next, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will deliver a warning to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), so it sounds like she’ll let him know that Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) suspects he’s lying about the DNA results.
Felicia will also turn to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) for assistance, but she’ll ultimately end up doing some digging on her own.
Will Felicia run a covert DNA test using some new samples or perhaps get her hands on the original results somehow? Whatever the case, Felicia seems determined to prove Cody is Mac’s son.
Over with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she’ll talk to Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) about the new legal details now that Kristina’s going to be the egg donor.
Both Alexis and Sonny will have some concerns, so they may fear Kristina’s going to get more attached to the baby than she thinks she will!
After Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) presents Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) with an idea, they’ll team up to carry out a plan – perhaps one that involves Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) takedown.
As for Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), they’ll fret over Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and perhaps wonder exactly how much time they have left with him.
Later, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will help Finn with his defense as he continues to prepare for the next phase of the malpractice case.
Other GH spoilers say Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will have a conversation about their future, so that might involve talking about marriage and having kids one day.
Back with Cyrus, he’ll rattle Nina when he makes an admission.
Will Cyrus come clean about being in the confessional with Nina or at least let her know that he’s aware of her secret?
Across town, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will slip up and say the wrong thing. Perhaps Olivia will call Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) by the name “Eddie” by mistake or something along those lines.
Then again, this might tie in with the trouble Tracy’s been trying to stir up between Olivia and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer).
Regardless, Lois will get some stunning news on New Year’s Eve, so we’ll see what shocks her as the year winds down.
Finally, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will delight Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) when he comes home earlier than she expected.
Carly and Drew will be able to celebrate New Year’s Eve together, so they’ll both be happy about that.
