General Hospital Spoilers: Brennan’s Revenge Plot – Sonny & Anna in More Danger Than Ever?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that John Brennan (Charles Mesure) could be hoping to get a good dose of revenge. Brennan was happily running Pikeman and the WSB, but now he’s been arrested and could be put away for a long time.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Brennan has to stop plotting! Like Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and plenty of other GH characters over the years have proven, getting locked up doesn’t mean the drama has to stop.
Brennan surely still has connections that could help him and people who might be loyal to him no matter what.
There’s always a chance that Brennan will make a getaway and get revenge himself, but he could just as easily get it from behind bars. Brennan doesn’t have to do the dirty work himself, so that’s important to keep in mind.
That brings us to the two main targets Brennan had when he was free. For starters, Brennan wanted to take Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) down to prevent his own downfall, but it’s a little late for that!
Now Brennan may want to end Anna’s life to pay her back for his ruin. Anna certainly needs to watch her back since Brennan’s furious and ready for vengeance.
As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Brennan might shift his strategy and decide Sonny must face a grim fate. Although Brennan previously felt like keeping Sonny alive was best for business, the circumstances have changed.
Brennan may decide Sonny needs to be eliminated permanently, especially since it’d hurt Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and the family she still shares with Sonny.
After the way things played out, Brennan may think Carly deserves to face the consequences of his revenge, too. By taking out Sonny, Brennan could hope to hit Carly where it hurts.
Brennan got an abrupt exit, but is his storyline really over for good? Could Brennan wind up making some updates to his plans and carrying out another vengeful scheme?
