General Hospital Spoilers: Cassandra James Returns to GH – What’s Next for Dr. Terry Randolph
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that a familiar face will soon be back on-screen. On Threads, Cassandra James announced that she had returned to the studio for filming, so there’s more to come for Dr. Terry Randolph.
Many fans have been wondering where Terry is since it’s been far too long since we’ve seen her! James clearly feels that way as well, though she tried to see the bright side in her post on March 6.
“First day on set since October,” Cassandra James said. “Almost half a year. Choosing gratitude because I know most actors have waited longer.”
James also commented on the fleeting nature of jobs for those in her line of work. There was a sense of frustration in James’ post despite that gratitude she’s feeling.
“Just imagine if the job you trained to do, that you’re good at and you love was consistently demonstrated to be ephemeral. That having a second job was not only normalized but systemically suggested.”
As James wrapped up her post, she talked about artists and the lack of appreciation they often feel as they try to earn enough money to make it in this career path.
“When you come home and stream our work on your TV, artists are wondering why we rarely feel valued enough to make our job a living” James said in her Threads post, which she shared a screenshot of on her Instagram story.
Cassandra James made her GH debut in 2018, but her appearances as Dr. Terry Randolph have been sporadic throughout her run on the show.
Fans have been offering their support on social media in hopes that Terry might get more of a storyline.
Terry is in a romance with Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi), so let’s hope for some updates on their relationship once she’s back on-screen.
Perhaps Yuri and Terry might get engaged somewhere down the line.
Viewers will recall that Dr. Terry Randolph serves as GH’s co-chief of staff along with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
Plus, Terry is a close friend of Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst), so there are good reasons for her to stay connected to the canvas and get back in the action.
