General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Webber and Lucky Reunite?
General Hospital’s Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) were the epitome of young love. They fell in love as teens when Lucky helped Liz through her difficult journey after being raped.
Just like Lucky’s parents, they became a General Hospital supercouple. That was until the evil Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) faked Lucky’s death and held him captive.
The two were on again/off again for years. Lucky is the adoptive father of Liz’ son Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and the biological father of Aidan Spencer (Enzo De Angelis). The last we saw Lucky on GH was in 2015.
Fans were excited when Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) recently brought her son’s name up and said that he was off “finding himself”. This may be a hint that he will be coming back to Port Charles and will show up at Elizabeth’s doorstep.

After a very long and drawn-out storyline, Elizabeth Webber Baldwin is happy with boyfriend Hamilton Finn (John Easton). Some may find them boring, but they seem good for each other.
But is their relationship strong enough to survive Elizabeth’s first love coming back to General Hospital? There is a tight bond between Liz and Lucky that is probably still there, even after all these years. She may be drawn to her ex even if she cares for Finn.
Lucky is also the father of two of her children although he has not seen them for years. Both mother and sons may not be able to forgive him for not being part of their lives. Elizabeth is not a teenager anymore, and she may feel that Dr. Finn is the better choice for her and her family.
If Lucky Is Not the Surprise Then Who Is?
It’s possible that Lucky will not show up on Liz’s doorstep. Then who will?
We all know that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is coming back to General Hospital. His return could be straight to Elizabeth. Jason may show up hurt which would make Liz his first stop because she is a nurse.
Another shocker for Elizabeth and Finn would be her half-sister Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig), who is also Dr. Finn’s ex and mother of his daughter Violet Finn (Jophielle Love). This would certainly throw a wrench into Fizz.
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) would certainly be a surprise for Liz. He was always a little obsessed with her and his reappearance would stir up trouble for many residents of Port Charles.
