General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, August 28 – Carly’s Urgent Plea – Curtis’ Shocking Announcement – Anna’s Spy Games
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, August 28, reveal that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will console Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) now that she knows about Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) ALS diagnosis.
Liz will understand why Finn dreads the future, but she’ll urge him not to miss out on what’s right in front of him. Now’s the time to really live in the moment with Gregory and make all the memories they can.
Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will announce that he’s ready to go home, but Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will push him to stay at his rehab facility and keep doing what his physical therapist tells him to do.
Although Curtis may want to give up, Stella will refuse to let that happen and will try to inspire him to fight for the best version of his life.
Marshall will think it’s good news when he finds out about Curtis’ homecoming plans, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) may explain that the timing is an issue. Curtis doesn’t need to throw in the towel yet, so Portia will hope Stella can get through to him.
As for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), she’ll talk to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and try to figure out a way to bring Curtis back together with Portia. Trina will feel like Portia and Curtis need each other right now, so she’ll hope reconciliation is possible.
Over with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll turn to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) for a favor – no questions asked. This may involve Anna’s plan to spy on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) since that’s indeed what she’ll end up doing soon.
Other GH spoilers say Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will reach out to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and see how the surrogate meeting went.
Although it hurts for Kristina to feel shut out of her family, Alexis may urge Kristina to be patient and trust that she’ll find a path with peace with Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) eventually.
Across town, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will push Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) to take Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) case and do her best to get him out of Pentonville early. It looks like Diane will agree to work on Drew’s appeal and hopefully score his release sooner or later.
Near the Metro Court pool, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will have a major outburst, which will involve throwing a pina colada at Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and calling him an idiot.
Martin will land on the hot seat over his payments from Pine Valley and all the secrecy in his relationship with Lucy.
Although Martin will do whatever he can to fix things between them, it won’t be an easy task – especially since Martin will refuse to provide any kind of legal help against the lawsuit.

General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Spills Nina’s SEC Snitch Secret – Throws BFF Under the Bus?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is finally starting to feel like she may be in the clear. GH fans know Nina’s keeping a huge secret that could completely destroy her engagement to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and her new chance to bond with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
However, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) offered reassurance during his recent meeting with Nina. Since Martin is no longer facing pressure to reveal the source behind the SEC tip, he thinks Nina’s secret is safe.
When Nina spoke to Ava Jerome on the August 22 episode, she offered updates to her BFF and expressed hope that her nightmare was over.
Nina insisted that as long as her “beautiful, intelligent friend” stayed quiet, then no one ever had to know she turned in Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Of course, Nina was laying it on awfully thick with Ava, which made that moment feel like a major anvil.
Ava also had a bit of a weird reaction, so we have to consider the possibility that Ava will actually be Nina’s downfall.
Nina and Ava have a messy history, but they’ve both come together as complicated women who make mistakes and try to bounce back. It’s been nice to see Ava and Nina confide in each other, but their bond could lead to trouble.
It would honestly be a mistake to trust either one of them! If Ava’s friendship with Nina falls apart, it’s easy to imagine Ava ruining her former bestie’s life in retaliation.
At some point, Ava may throw Nina under the bus and spill that Nina’s the one who snitched on Drew as well as Carly. That’s especially true if this spilled news ends up benefiting Ava in some way.
Ava is the kind of gal who always looks out for number one, so we won’t be surprised if her knowledge of this secret winds up wrecking everything for Nina.
The show previously set Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) up as the person most likely to blab, but then he transformed into “Eddie Maine.” “Eddie” could still rat Nina out once his Ned memories inevitably return, but it’s wise to mull over Ava as another secret-spiller option.
