General Hospital Spoilers: Tragedy Derails Chase & Brook Lynn’s Wedding – Medical Emergency Threatens Happily Ever After?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) recently took a bold step forward together. Although Brook Lynn initially had some reservations about accepting Chase’s proposal, he convinced her that he truly wanted to marry her.

However, there were some troubling clues in the December 4 episode that we should talk about. It seems like GH writers were dropping some big hints about a life-threatening crisis that could affect Brook Lynn and Chase’s future.

For starters, Chase assured Brook Lynn that he wanted to spend the rest of their lives together – long or short.

That led to Chase opening up about Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) diagnosis and how it made him realize that he didn’t want to waste today waiting for a tomorrow that might never come.

Brook Lynn eventually accepted the ring Chase picked out and insisted she’d wear it for as long as they both lived. That was a sweet declaration, but it almost seems ominous when you pair it up with Chase’s dialogue.

Of course, it’s possible Chase is genuinely realizing how short life can be due to what’s going on with Gregory. That’d be understandable considering Gregory is dealing with ALS, which is destined to rob him of so much time.

On the other hand, it’s common for soapy conversations like this one to contain clues about where the story’s headed.

Chase’s focus on the fact that their lives could be short seems unsettling, especially when Brook Lynn’s sort of echoing the idea.

Naturally, that doesn’t mean that Brook Lynn or Chase will necessarily face a grim fate. It could just as easily be a situation where one of them faces a medical emergency and almost loses his or her life.

Under the circumstances, Chase is probably in the most danger since he has such a risky job at the PCPD. Brook Lynn has already been worried about the possibility of Chase getting hurt at work, so GH writers might lean into that and put Chase’s life at stake.

Somewhere down the line, Brook Lynn may find herself begging Chase to survive at his hospital bedside. Brook Lynn may fear they’ll never make it to the altar and push Chase to pull through so they can truly enjoy their happily ever after.

There’s even a chance Brook Lynn could get caught in some danger instead – leaving Chase to plead for his wife-to-be’s survival.

General Hospital Spoilers: Is Kristina’s Ex Connected to Jameson Forsyth – Parker Link Points to Blaze Trouble?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) recently opened up to Blaze aka Alison Rogers Ramirez (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) about her dating history. That included a confession about Parker Forsyth (Ashley Jones), the only woman Kristina’s ever had a real relationship with.

Of course, it’s interesting that Parker’s name is coming up now – particularly her last name. Could Parker somehow be connected to Jameson Forsyth, the man who just became the victim of a hit-and-run?

Naturally, it’s possible for two GH characters to have the same last name and not be linked at all.

However, it’s equally possible that it means something – just like when Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) came on the scene and led to speculation that he could be related to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) through her biological father, Gordon Grey.

That turned out to be true since Laura and Martin are half-siblings, so sometimes two characters having the same last name can be a hint about where a story’s going.

That brings us back to this potential Forsyth hint. Is it a coincidence that Kristina is spilling all about Parker Forsyth right after Jameson Forsyth became part of the story?

Time will tell, but it’s something to mull over – especially since Blaze has seemed a bit too eager to spend time with Kristina. Could Blaze have some sort of hidden agenda related to Pikeman and their nefarious plans?

Maybe Blaze has ulterior motives that involve targeting Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) daughter and potentially learning info that ties in with this Forsyth connection.

It could even be a situation where Blaze is being blackmailed into helping Pikeman, but things could get messy since there are perhaps genuine feelings there, too.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was concerned about Forsyth coming after her over secrets from his past. Forsyth stole evidence from Anna, but that evidence was stolen from Forsyth as well once he was mowed down.

It looks like Pikeman is to blame for Forsyth’s fate, so things are only going to get more dangerous from here.

Mr. Brennan (Charles Mesure) will keep targeting both Anna and Sonny, which will undoubtedly require manipulating them through their loved ones.

Is Blaze’s interest in Kristina purely personal or could there be a deeper reason why she’s so determined to get closer? Does Kristina’s ex having the same last name as Forsyth mean anything?
